HELP..weird squeaky sound coming from tires

There is a weird squeaking sound coming from my tires, the sound is pulsatile, I can clearly hear it when driving really slowly.. like 10-20km/h, I don't know what is going on. I have just recently change from winter to summer tires myself, should I have put something on the hub? like grease kind of stuffs? (since it was my first time changing tires) the car does not vibrate or anything like that when traveling at higher speed, the lug nuts are pretty tight, they were tighten using the stock wrench provided by Toyota to change the flat. I think the sound is coming from the right side of the car, when doing a sharp right hand turn the sound would disappear then reapper again when car travels straight again. what can possibly wrong?

Sounds like you might have a tire separation. Take the right side tires off and see if there is any uneven wear. Also maybe a bad wheel bearing. Its hard to tell without listening to it.

Could be from hitting curbs all winter long and your wheel alignment is screwed. And did you do a pattern tightening system when installing your summer tires?

actually I haven't done alighnment for a really long time (since I bought the car).. 40000miles on the odometer, and I haven't done alignment after I drop the car. Can that be the reason? When I tighten the lug nuts, I did follow the star pattern. Now I discover that whenenver I turn my steering wheel to the right when car is moving, the squeaky sound will appear instantly. when the steering wheel is at the center position or when I turn the squeaky sound to the left, the sound disappears.

Check the brake hardware, it can be shifting when you turn to one way, causing it to slightly rub against the rotor.

just got back from my Toyota dealership, apparently something broke loose in my brake. They need to change the shim and a screw or something. However, it wasn't a pleasing experience, when I took the car in, The mechanic who took my car for a test-drive didn't hear anything and told the service representative to tell me to come back when it is not rainy outside (what does that have to do with it?) he looks annoyed when I told him that I can hear it clearly. I had to ask the service representative to take a ride with me to hear the squeaky chirping noise before he agrees to go on a test drive with me to hear the noise himself.

Yeah, I've had the exact same problem in my '99. I had later come to find out that the shims on the pads were resonating or something, emitting this really high pitched squeal at a steady speed. Everyone thought it was something to do with the wheel bearings and everything, and yet I had come to find out that it was something really simple. It amazes me still how that stupid, tiny piece of metal made that much noise. I swear, I love my car so much sometimes I could shoot it.
