The tranny swap is progressing, I either have in my posession or have sourced and am waiting for the arrival of everything I need except the following:
Clutch fork
Clutch slave cylinder (I already have the MC)
Clutch hydraulic lines and accumulator
The tranny is from a '99 Solara and is going into my '94 V6.
If anybody has or knows where I can get these parts for a decent price, please let me know. I just can't justify spending $100 on a clutch fork from the dealer.

The accumulator should have been part of the tranny when you got it. Considering its bolted onto it, I see no reason why the yard or wrecker should have pulled it off.
The hydraulic lines might be tough to find, but remember that you can use lines from a 4-cyl manual car if you like, and you can use them from any year after 92+.
As for the clutch fork and slave cylinder, those are considered "maintenance" parts and should be changed at some point in the car's lifetime, so I would highly recommend getting a new clutch fork and slave cylinder from your dealer.
remember you will have to alter your exhaust to fit with the manual tranny too... i recently put a stock exhaust back on, and i cut a groove where the hole was in the flange, and also grinded down the tranny casing
yeah you shouldnt need that part, it should be on the tranny. also, i just used the slave cylinder that was connected to the tranny as well... it worked fine, so i said, why not...
about the clutch line... i went to autozone and got a long piece of clutch/brake line (hard line) and bent it (they sell and rent small tubing benders) to fit around some stuff and hooked that right up to the front of the tranny (accumulator i guess its called) i pulled that short section of hard line out that goes from back to front, just cause it would clutter it up.
I'll just have to wait for the tranny to arrive to see what parts were left on it. The guy just answered my question with "as I said, it doesn't come with any other parts, just the tranny" but I have a feeling they wouldn't bother to strip everything off.
Thanks for all your input. If it doesn't have the clutch fork or slave cylinder I guess I'll just hit up the dealer and pay a premium for them.
I emailed Speed Source, and Carl said they'll probably have a stainless steel braided line in the next week or so, so I may go that route, otherwise I'll do like Zoni suggests.
SS braided hose will cost like 10 times what a hard line will cost, and it will provide the SAME effect... the pedal is VERY firm and responsive. the only better thing about the braided line would be the looks...
