Question Fog Light Dimmer?

Hi,
I have a 94 Camry. and I have a set of aftermarket fog/driving lights installed (55watts) they are linked up to the parking lights and also have their seperate switch.

I have recently noticed when my mum was driving that they are brighter than my headlights (i know this is normal). However, is there a way of putting a dimmer on them so i can adjust the brightness?

thanks.

or you could just point them lower.. theres no need for the fogs to be pointing up at eye level

This is the way to go. Same thing used in lighting in the house when you have a dimmer instead of an on/off switch.

ermmm... why dont you just get lower wattage bulbs? saayyy 40w? or another option is if you cant find lower wattage bulbs change them to yellow bulbs so the brightness wont be noticeable and looks JDM...

I would put a lower wattage bulb in there, but the thing is, that I want to use them at full wattage (55w) when I need to, eg: in the fog, or heavy rain.

but I also drive with them on at night, and they are somewhat brighter than my headlights.....
I am concerned about this because technically im not allowed to drive with them on at night under normal conditions (well here in Australia anyway)

so by dimming them somewhat, it will attact less attention, because it doesnt look odd that the car has a set of brighter lights.
