I'm currently looking for a racing seat and/or a racing harness, since the stock Camry seats don't hold well at 1+ Gs. I've tried out the [most recent gen] Celica seats, but they won't mount to the chassis without some modification.
Anybody know of any other OEM seats that match up to either the bracket bolts or the chassis holes? Or, anybody have any preference in racing seats and harnesses? I'm currently looking into Corbeau...

to make the celica seats fit you only need to make a slight modification to the bracket i beleive. people have done it before, do a search and youll find out exactly what to do

As for seats, I'm not sure how much coin you're willing to spend but Bride has rails that fit our cars. Here's an excerpt from an old thread;
Hope that helps.
Weird, I didn't get any email notification that there were replies to this post, just decided to check now.
Thanks everyone for your inputs. I'm gonna search around some more, and see if I can work something out with the celica seats (friend has one that he'll let me borrow for fitment).

corbeau doesnt actually make the brackets. there is a company (forget the name) that makes just about all the brackets for aftermarket seats, they pretty much have a monopoly on the industry. many times you can modify the rails to fit.
Bride DOES make rails for them. LA GATE (brent) had bride Egros in his Gen 4 about a year ago before he sold it. Rommel (wide body solara with HRE's) has them in his car right now.

If you're getting a bucket seat to mount directly on rails, it's probably not height adjustable and it's better off to make a custom set of rails suitable to your height.
Although I find racing harness is a little bit overkill for a Camry even at the track, and this is speaking from personal experience.
