I will not soil their name, but I ordered my rear sway bar on 4/13, and it has not shipped? Is it normal for this delay? If this is a garage business, I can understand, otherwise, WTF is taking so long?
Are they slow, or do I need to get on them?

Sean is taking a full course load at school and in the middle of exams as well as working on several CTM custom parts and trying to run his biz.
I will email him for you but keep hounding him as well.
Whiteline is also terrible at shipping stuff out when they say they will.
[edit] I just re-read your post. Whiteline is in Austrailia, it may take up to and more than a month to ship from Whiteline to CTM to you if he didn't have any in stock.
Sean is trustworthy. I had to wait more than a month for my rsb for the same reason

i made and order for mine about a 1.5weeks ago, they said it would take five days, i should be getting it this week, actually today so i would say Sean is just waiting for Whiteline to send it over....dont worry mate it will come and CTM will deliver
Whiteline is a pain in the butt to deal with, they often delay orders and shipping can be tough (typical for an overseas company). In light of that, I'm really glad that we have Sean to act as an advocate for us, I'm sure he has a ton more pull with Whiteline than one individual would...
Sean's been a member on here for forever, I'm sure he'll get the parts to you as soon as he can. I've been very impressed in my dealings with him...
Originally posted by kenratboy I am more than willing to wait - and Sean seems to be a great guy, so he can have my money
yup, sometimes those things just take a while, like blue meanie said sean has a bunch to do, i mean i got my red/clear tail lights from him a while a go, but it took a while to get them as well. i'm sure you'll get it real soon
Hey,
I know I have been slacking on this shipping time, normal in stock parts ship the next day. Unfortunately I have been having computer issues and UPS issues. Anyone who has worked with UPS could probably back me up in saying it can be a pain. There software works great, if it works. I have finally figured everything out and now my printer will not work. I was going to email you tonight with and explanation and apology. I would like to offer you free shipping on your next order or this one if you like. Sorry for the delay, I am working to get this out to you.
Sean
oh yeah, and i dont want to forget all that support me, thanks again. Some of you know, but most of you dont, what i have up my sleves right now. That is adding to the complication of things. But i can tell you this, no one should be dissapointed in what I am working on. One thing I really dislike about this industry is time. No one will give you any and if they do, they never meet their dead lines. Its me you see, and my image that is soiled. I know some of you think i havent done much for this community, but im trying. It takes time and money. And money I have to make elsewhere too which makes things even harder. Dont feel sorry for me, feel sorry for the cars we will show up when im done !
uh... i hope this is appropriate: how much is shipping on the sway bars (btr36), sean? just in case, my zip is 91706 CA. also is there other things that need to be purchased, like links or bushings or whatever. thx

Sean, its all cool. I would be an asshole if this was B&H Photo Video, Amazon, Summit Racing, etc., but you are doing this by yourself, and you are not a big company, so don't sweat it.
I am thinking of starting a landscape photography business (Canon Digital Rebel + some skill) in my spare time, selling pictures I took, printed, and framed myself, and I would work under the assumption that people would tell me to F myself if I didn't meet their deadlines, and I would be grateful to anyone who 'understood'
