Thumbs up 05 1MZFE Camry swap into Lexus ES300?

Pretty sure this hasnt been done before, i did a few searches also so bare with me. My moms friends lexus es300 blew up at 170k (don't think they changed they're oil ha) and i recently got in a wreck with my camry nothing to serious. i just chewed up the lower control arm so i had to replace that and my cv axle because the bearings were seized in that aswell. luckily im in auto shop class and i got all that done for free. so my here's my question, im pretty sure the motors are the exact same even know my camry is an 05 and i believe the ES is an 01, does anyone know if its a pretty direct swap, or am i just getting myself into a major headache? keep in mind im in shop class and i will be doing the work myself for free. so i have no labor cost and everything will be professional. i mean hell we took a 2.5 out of a subie legacy today in about an hour so i know it wouldnt be a problem. im just trying to think of the best solution right now and im trying to make some money. my camry needs to be aligned from the wreck, needs a new tire from the alignment chewing it up. needs new pads all around and the front rotor at the least need to be turned. need to change the tranny fluid also. pretty much a whole tune up and that adds up. so what would do if you were in my situation and money was very tight? (if i do the swap i will part out my camry and salvage the es motor, its gotta bad rod knock in it but nothing my auto tech class cant fix, so i could prolly sell that motor aswell and come outta this thing with a few grand if i get lucky?)

my motor has 130K on it and my body is pretty messed up from being a teenager and i have the basic le model with no options. So i could get a pretty much mint lexus with 170 on the body and 130 on the motor. i have ls430 rims on my camry that would go on the es also. and then all i would need is some coils and i would be set!
