Silly 3sfe seller on Ebay...

So I am gonna buy this engine since I blew mine...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

140 hp/140 lb ft JDM 3sfe. Gonna make a nice quick little torquey 2nd gen. With my bolt ons I am looking at 150-160 crank hp before I do any headwork or cams.

Well I figure that I might not be able to use my 6 bolt lightweight Flywheel cuz many 3sfe engines were 8 bolt. At least the newer ones were. So I send the guy an email. He tells me not to worry about the number of boltsa on the crank, it's not important cuz it comes with a flywheel. Doh!

So I reply back like it does matter, I have a lightweight flywheel. He then tell me "we can send you one with a 6 bolt" Doh X 2!

I don't want them to just send me one. I want the specific 140hp one in the picture. If that version is only 8 bolts, then I just want to know so I can sell my Flywheel to one of you guys and get an 8 bolt flywheel. What a dork.

I guess I am just gonna have to call this guy on the phone and explain myself. He is obviously too lazy or unwilling to just go look at the engine and tell me how many bolts it has.

By the way, anyone interested in a lightweight flywheel for their 5 speed 2nd gen? I am pretty sure this engine is gonna be 8 bolt. If your car was made in years 88-90, it will work and I can tell you right now, it makes a big difference. Willing to let it go for 300. I spent like 450 for it and had to have it custom made by Clutchmasters.

Yeah, the guy is probably not a car guy or just isn't getting it so it really can't be held against him. I am just going to have to explain it to him myself.
