Ideas?? TRD Initial K white gauge faces not glowing

So I have a really nice set of white reverse glow TRD gauges made by Initial K for the 5 speed Gen 4 Camry that I got from Gabe (trd4life).

The only problem is, they don't work. Power goes to the controller box, but I think something about the box or the control switches (they adjust brightness and change color between green and blue) is malfunctioning.

I'd really like a way to bypass the controller and have the gauges light up, even if it means I don't have the convenience of being able to adjust it.

Any ideas? I have no idea what voltage they need to light up or anything. Any help would be much appreciated. The company Initial K no longer exists.

Thanks!

Apparently the inverter boxes that control the gauges go bad quite frequently. Someone told me that they sell replacement units for glow gauges on eBay so I bought one of those and am waiting for it to arrive!

Thanks for your help
