Anybody replace JUST rear struts?

I inherited a Gen 4 Camry V6 4-door and I did the "bounce all 4 corners and check for rebound damping" test. The fronts were fine but it looks like the rears are not up to snuff. I am not into spending mega $$ or having mega performance, just a reliable car. I am thinking of going with the KYBs but can you buy them in pairs or just sets of 4?

I will eventially put a RSB and mayeb fab a CAI but for now I just want the rear struts to work as designed, or a little better. I have no plans to replace the springs.

The stock struts are originally really soft. But they prob. are worn out. Kyb gr2's are a good inexpensive replacement. The kyb's are stiffer than the oe strut. If you want oe type feel go with the monroe sensa trac. Tokicos are what i'm running.

yep frp, my research I haev found that the KYBs are both stiffer and cheaper than the "true" OEM style struts. Looks like that's how I'm gonna go.

Thanks

My search for front struts is KYB=$156, OEM=$226. Let me get this straight though, for less $ I can get a slightly firmer and controlled ride? No change in ride heighth? 100% compatible with OEM strut mounts?
