Tranny Time part II

Okay well the 99 solara man. tranny is in with Kaaz LSD, Fidenza flywheel, and all new mounts all over, stage 3 spec clutch, and its hella fun.

First off the 500 mile marker has not been hit so more fun is to come but so far.....

The solara tranny is like butta babby!!!! Way better then the 92 camry, and taking it apart was a piece of cake(still dont suggest doing it unless ur a pro...like me lol) So smooth and perfect shifts!

The LSD f*&%in sweet just the regular driving feels sporty and fun. Turns ohhhh dont get me started on the apexis I can hold now on the down hill!

The clutch so light and yet so tight! You think you know but you have no idea A+++++++++++

Flywheel....hmmmm what can i say....thank god and the fidenza because this is a work of art and give nice tourqe all over. First gear is now a winner with the solara tranny flywheel combo and 2nd i a hell of a lot better. That flywheel also gives a nice growl under the hood!

All new engine mounts, and tranny mounts.........----> dont ever take it out and put it back on stock old mounts because now my engine is tighter and better overall due to the replacement!

is solara a manual or automatic? because if it is automatic then maybe u could help be build my auto. tans. up on my 1996 camry V6.

Being that he used the words clutch, flywheel, and "solara man. tranny", I'd venture a guess that it's a manual.

Sounds pretty sweet racerhex, it's good to hear you're enjoying it.

I'm getting excited about my swap, I just hope I find the time to do it in the next month.

illl post much more info later but I actually hit 500 miles yesterday and I would say I can get to a good 120 mph in thrid gear and still feel tourqe versus the old 90 in third. The thing grabs like a mad man and jumps off the line. More info and track times to come!
