Camry fan problem

have a 95' toyota camry 2200 engine...the fans dont seem to come on when it gets hot... they will for the a/c though... Now there are 2 sensors the one on the radiator*bottom* then the top one on the engine out *before top hose*... now it could be a sensor? Then are there any relays etc that could be bad etc... that would cause the fans to stay off?

If you dont have access to a wiring diagram, go to the dealer and ask for a copy. If you don't know how to diagnose a wiring problem take it to a reputable shop (a toyota dealer preferably) and have it checked out. The last thing you want is an over heated engine!!!
