Question Plug up the hose coming from the top of the throttle body???

Can i plug up the hose at the top coming from the throttle body to the intake? 1993 v6 xle??

if there isnt a port for it in your aftermarket intake, then plug it.im pretty sure it will be fine.

air intake

I think i have the same intake on my 99 and what i did was put a tee in the bigger hose and hooked the smaller one to the tee.I tried plugging the little hose first and the car acted like it was surging so i went yhe route i just explained and it has worked great for 2 years so far

you can do what i did on my friends neon .. stick a breather filter on the end of it, but im not sure how stiff that hose is on ur car bc i have a 4cyl. but the hose on his car was pretty stiff.
