Well, I was gonna try and keep this a secret but I am really having a hard time deciding here. As mentioned before, my engine is blown. Many people have told me to get rid of the car but not gonna happen. I am putting another engine in it. Which one should I go with though. Money is a slight issue and the more expensive the setup, the longer before my car is up and running. I would also like to know why you think what you think if you don't mind.
Option 1. JDM 3sfe, 140hp, 138 lb ft. Very cheap, like 400 bucks, swap is EXTREMELY easy and hp is not really high but a lot better than before and all that torque down low is great.
Option 2. JDM 3sge, 170+hp, 140 lb ft. Medium price, like 1000 bucks for what is needed for swap. 2nd gen Camry GT came with this engine(less hp though) so I can then call my ride JDM

Car will be pretty quick with this setup and probably pretty well balanced.
Option 3. 3sgte 225hp, 2?? lb ft High price, like 1500 but also am going to need supporting mods like fmic, axles, different exhaust, guages, etc. Basically will have to come out of at least 2000 before I even pay for labor if I don't do it all myself(which I wouldn't) Car would just be downright fast and very easy to make faster. Traction down low would suck though and probably would be very hard to control in certain situations with lots of tq and no lsd(initially at least) but I would absolutely destroy people from a roll.
Option 4(Dream Option). Beams 3sge. Found one for 3500 for entire setup. This is the 2.0 liter vvti red top engine. Found in late model NA Celicas and Mr2's. 200hp and 160 lb ft. I would kill to have this engine. Extra rare showoff piece and I think it would compliment the car perfectly plus my car is already setup for NA use. If I could afford this, I would buy it now. I am a big fan of NA power if you can't tell.
