Loc-Tite On Strut Mounts: Okay?

My rear strut mounts are bugging the crap out of me, and I'm pretty sure they're not worn out because they were quiet for a few weeks after I had my struts replaced (in addition to my mechanic saying they were okay).

I'm going to check if they're tightened to specification, and if not, I'm going to tighten 'em; Will it be okay to put Loc-Tite on the threads when I do that, for both the center bolt and the three outer ones?

Also, would anybody with an actual Toyota service manual (my car is a '92 XLE, 5S-FE) care to confirm the specs to which those nuts should be tightened?

Thanks.

Not sure, I have never used it before on the cars I worked on.

I can't believe nobody has done this.

I did it, but the center bolts didn't seem to tighten much if at all. . . The rubber turned with 'em. It's a bit quieter, but I think I need new mounts. Meh.

strut mounts

I really don't know how to check the strut mounts for wear. I have replaced very noisy ones that seemed very tight when removed. I just can't simulate the load the the car puts on the mounts.

The right front mount on my Avalon began knocking at about 60K miles. They should last much longer than that.
