radiator and ac fan not spinning

1995 Toyota Camry 4 cyl. After replacing my oem power antenna (bad motor) I had the card idling for about 15-20 minutes. Next thing I see smoke coming up from the front. Popped the hood and sure enough I was overheating. First time since I bought the car back in 1995.

Fan was dead. I turned on the AC and now that fan is not working. Fuses look okay. I pulled the engine coolant temp sensor (i hope it was the right one/the sensor closest to the block right?) but the fan still does not come on.

When I pull the ECTS does the engine need to be warm? Could I have blown something when I was working on the power antenna?

Any ideas on how I can further troubleshoot my radiator and ac fan would be greatly appreciated.

normally its a failsafe thing that if the relay fuses - the fan stays on all the time. CHeck all the connections and i'm guessing its a stuck thermostat.

Even if the thermostat is stuck shouldn't the fan still come on?

Also my ac fan is not coming on. If the radiator fan relay is bad will the ac fan relay get power. In other words does the ac fan relay feed off of the radiator relay?

stuck therostar does not equate teh fan;s being on all the time. I have no clue as to why your ac fan aint working ??? I'm guessing disconnection all the relay connections one by one and reconnecting them again. Maybe something loose.

the white connector all the way down near the bottom of the radiator ... is that the switch? I pulled that switch today and connected both ends with a paper clip but the fans are not spinning. Is that the right way to go about it?

I noticed two separate connectors on each side of the radiator. Are those the switches to jump or do I have the right switch already?
