Springs

OK, Before everyone whines that I should use the "search" option, I have. I cant really find the answer to my question.
I want new springs. I have B+Gs right now, and they are lower in the back than in the front. I know the H+Rs are like 1.2 in back and 1.3 in front, but I am not sure if thats gonna be low enough. I am gonna get 18's so I dont really know how low I should go. I would really like the intrax's with that fine ass 1.8 drop. But I dont know if thats gonna be too low and be uneven.

So. What is everyones opinion on thier springs. What springs and shocks go good and what ones dont. What ones have the best ride. Any help would awsome, I wanna get them now.

I have a H&R and Tokico setup, and I also have 18 inch rims. The drop of the H&R springs was a lot more then I thought it was gonna be

I have Springtech springs and stock struts (shitty). My drop is like 1.8/2" The front is always gonna have more gap cause the wheel wells are bigger to accomodate the turning of the wheels. Ground Control makes coilovers for some camrys and you could adjust the fronts lower to take out the wheel gap. But the front end will be really low to the ground. Some people chop the front springs but I would not do that if I were you, I think it can mess up your suspension.

Please get yo ass off yo shoulders and look under the topic GEN 3 SPRING OPTIONS AND OPINIONS in the Camry FAQ thread.
I just spent an entire day retyping the damn thing and people never even look at it...

augcam -
Chopping springs does not mess up your suspension provided you do it right and only cut the right amount off from the right end.

I have a 1.25-1.5" fender gap over my front tire on my gen3.5 and I have no troubles what so ever and my front springs are chopped.

I did look at it, but the only thing I seemed to find was what each spring dropped it. Sorry I missed something.

thanks For the help everyone

PS- Rapeacivic. Do you have a pic with the h+r's with 18's?

personally....i like H&R's with tokico struts...but if u want a really low drop id say go with dropzone springs....over time they sag and can get close to or over a 2 inch drop and they cost a lot less than intrax
