Hi guys.
I am still not sure about getting the TRD struts.
I currenty have Eibach springs and 225/40/18 rims installed. Can the TRD struts reduce the bouncing (sometimes shakes my head) when I go over uneven road? How does it affect the ride quality?
Anyone who has these struts, please help me out here.
Tell me your experiences.
Thanks a lot.

it should come out pretty good.. it may not stop fully the bounciness but i know it should help dampen and give u a better ride than just ur lowering springs.. main reason is cos it is using a better shock system than the stock one... another reason is cos that strut doesnt give way as much so it will absorb most of the road than ur stock...

Yes, the TRD and/or Tokico struts will eliminate the bounce suffered from the OEM ones. I like my TRD/Bilstein as far as handling goes. But for comfort, the Tokicos are better, even on a friend's Solara with GC coilovers. The TRD/Bilstein is a mono-tube design, whereas the Tokico is twin-tube. The TRD/Bilstein also supposed to have lifetime warranty, and check to make sure who would honor that if something goes bad, since they were supposed to be discontinued by TRD. The Tokicos only have a 1-yr warranty.
