Talking My Uk Camry

Right its a 1998 Camry Saloon 2.2 16V Sport its a dark metalic blue. I bought it as a project car so i have declared it off the road, so i dont have to pay 2,000 a year to insure and no one in the uk supplys kits for it so i am gonna have to import it.

How do i post pics of it, i have one really crap one.

if it's on your computer, resize it, and make it fairly small, and save it as a .jpeg file, NOT a .bmp file, and click on the "attatch file" button, below the submit and preview buttons...

and there are a few kits available in the states...

look at the camry FAQ at the top of this forum, i found a lot of body kits..

oh, your car is considered a Gen.4 with a 5sfe (4 cyl.16v engine)...

i think saloon is just the british way of saying sedan. a 4 door family car. all those days of watching btcc on speed channel finally paid off!

16 v is for 16 valves. 4 cyl./16 v = 4 valves per cylinder.

I've seen valves stated like that all over.... Jap cars, American cars, anything really... it's not just brits. My Gramma's Mercury Sable has a 24v badge.
