ABS, VSC & Traction Control Lights On

I'm at the end of my rope on this. All three of my lights come on. Previously they came on and I took it to the Toyota dealer. They charged me $688 to replace two relays and remove corrosion in the box. It drove well for about three months and it happened again and they replaced one of the relays for about $250. The mechanic suggested that I purchase a new fuse box and I found a clean used one and installed it.
I have driven the car off and on for six to eight months (stored it for the Winter) and suddenly today the lights came back on.
Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? Is there anything in the brakes (LED) that might be causing the problem?
By the way, in the beginning, the car would not start properly with the lights on - knock on wood, it starts fine with the three lights on.
Thanks!

Edit - Update: Went back an hour later and lights are off. Was raining hard earlier in the day - could it be related?

Nice dry weather for past week. Have driven the car for 100 + miles. All three lights remained off. Tonight, I popped the hood to check to see if my washer fluid was OK, closed the hood and all three lights came on. Anyone have ANY ideas?
