Rim help

ive been reading up a lot on these rim situations and offset and what not, and ive been paranoid of getting rims ever since all this information came about, my question is, will this rim fit my car without any problems:

Motegi DPK
Size: 17x7
Product Description: 17X7 DPK GUN METAL 5X4.5+42 GUN METAL
Backside Spacing (in/mm): 5.625/143
Offset: 42 mm

my car is stock except a body kit, and i dont plan on droppin it, so will it work without any trouble? would i need anything else beside rims and tires? like hubcentric rings? or some lugs? aigh thanks, hit me back before i waste my money.

Set of 4 Brand New 18 x 8" Motegi Racing DPK Wheels in Chrome Finish

Bolt Circle: 5 x 4.5

Offset: +40mm

Wheel Backspace: 5 5/8

18" x 8" 5/114.3

umm another stupid question along with paranoia, would these fit, or would i scratch my tires when i turn or something of that sort?

I have 18x8 Volk GT-N's on my car.

I have a 50+ offest up front and the rear I have a 38+ running with 225-40-18 tires with A LOT OF RUBBING cuz I had to cut the fenders in the rear with Sprint Springs.
