My sister's 2002 Camry got 36 mpg on the trip down I-75 and I-40, including going up and down quite a few mountains. Also included stop and go traffic around Charlotte NC. On the trip back it averaged 35 mpg! I did use the cruise control when the road was flat enough and traffic was light. Anyone else got way above the EPA tested mpg on road trips?

Yes on long road trips, I can usually get 3 MPG more than the EPA Hwy Est Mileage #.
