ehehe... im such a noob... which crimps am i supposed to get?
and since im such a noob, i dont think ill be trying the whole soldering thing. i dont have solder and it seems like something i will hurt my self while doing. thx anyway, i think ill go with crimps.
also what does it mean not to crimp on the seams, and are crimpers those plier-like things?
will reg. pliers work at all?
i think im gonna need more pics of the install itself...
you dont have to use a crimper at all, just expose the wires and then twist them together and tape it off with electrical tape. crimpers just make for a cleaner install with wire terminals.

I don't suggest twisting the wires together and taping it up. Its what I refer to as ghetto rigging.
If your going to twist the wires together, solder it, then tape it up.
to solder the wires do i need solder or will it work to melt the wires together (if possible).
those pics are tite... but what view am i looking at it from?
the new ground wire running from the parking lamp to the 12 volt splits off into 2, one of them splicing with the 12 volt, and the other running off the picture. where does the other one go?
also the 12 volt from the corner lamp is spliced with something...
thx for the help thus far guys... maybe we can link those pics to the sticky as well
