Where is the cheapest place to get tires?

Hey guys I need help on finding some good tires, but with a reasonable price. I am looking for 215/45/17 tires any tips on where to get these cheap but good quality? Oh yeah, is this a good deal on these rims ADR GT-SPORT with lugs plus shipping for $459.

Thanks,
Calvin

The $459 was just for the rims, tuner lugs, and shipping all together. I've checked all the places mentioned above already. The prices would drill a hole in my pocket. Should I try ebay?

yea it may seem that ebay is your only resort.....the rims i wanted on ebay cost 259 bux, so plus tires would be about 400 more dollars , so grand total is about 700 bux for rims + tires.....
