Ebay Racing Seats?

does any one know if these seats are garbage or not?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33701

has anyone ever got "no label" seats from ebay before?

they look nice to me and im sure they'll fit in my car (idk about the sliders)

I know that i could go for more expensive ones like Corebu or Sparco but thats the whole point, im trying to save $$$!

i would email the seller and ask if they come with any type of warranty....but...dont be captivated by the price...sparco makes some high-quality stuff....it all comes down to how much u are willing to spend....then again...if ur not looking for racing seats and jus want some different colour...my uncle runs a upholstery shop that could probably reupholtser ur whole interior the colour of ur choice....ill ask him if thats want u lookin for

I will admit those seats do look nice but I'm sure the foam seats will lose their firmness quicker than Ekam without Viagra. I used to work in the foam industry and can tell your that there are lots of grades for foam all with different characteristics. Not to mention the reclining mecahnism will prolly crap out on you shortly thereafter. Do yourself a favour and get seats from a reputable company.

LilItalian, I've started noticing a very disconcerning trend with your reason for modding recently. You always end it with some sort of reference to saving money. Don't do mods if you can't afford to do them properly. In the end, you'll regret it and in some instances you're risking damage to your car and/or yourself if the parts fail. $0.02

i have no problem spending the money on good seats or anything for that matter (sythhetic oil, premium gas, TRD parts, ect...) but im always in the market for a new car so i dont want to get crazy and start dumping loads of money into my car when a few months down the road, i run into a car i can get and dont have the money. But yea, im pretty sure i might go with sparco, i like their stuff and plus, i dont really need it as much for the support as i do for the color, seat covers are just too cheezy......

Spend the extra and get Sparcos. i love mine.

The brands that I suggest are:

Sparco
Bride
Momo (really good prices on these)
JIC
Recaro
Tenzo R (Ricey but they feel really comfy)
and Charge Speed (from Japan and really expensive).
