Don't know about the exact cost for Gen3, but I recently purchased the front boots and the coil spring seats (the rubber that goes at the bottom, under the spring) plus the rubber seat for the rear (bottom again). The front was about $11 each (if I remember correctly) after internet discount from
www.toyotaparts4u.com. The rears were a lot more expensive, because they are actually part of the upper strut mount, not just a boot as the fronts (so I did not get them).
If yours are torn, definitely get new ones or at least good ones from a junk yard - your new struts will get bad faster due to dust if you do not have good dust boots.
