Lightbulb What kinda tinting should i get done?

wassup people,
i was gonna get some tinting on my 94 Camry and was wondering what would look the best in the back three windows and the front two windows. I was going to go for 5% in the back and 50% in the front. Would that be too dark or not? The paint job is light light blue. In addition, what do you people think about Solar Gard VS Llumar? any help? thanks a lot

I have 35% in my car. I will get them darker soon (5% in the rear side windows and the rear window and leave the 35% in the front side windows and the front window).

Heres my car with 35% in every window.

I think 20% is fine...I have all 5 windows at 20% and it looks good imo...didn't want to have different windows and different %'s...it's hard enough to see as it is at nighttime with the 20% so anything darker would be like putting black oaktage over your windows.

I was going to put 20% on my car, but the shop didn't have any left and I was desperate to get the tints on, so it didn't really matter.

hey guys, i want to get tinted to, but my windows right now are jacked up. the film on the inside is peeling. i dont even know what this film is for, maybe scratch protectant or uv barrier. all i know is its peeling, and leaving hazy/blurry glass where it comes off, and its definitely not old tint because its 100% clear. how can i get this film off or fixed before it gets tinted? i asked someone and they said to buy new glass. what do you guys think?

I personally wouldn't get 5% in the back and 50 in the front, mainly because they are at 2 extremes. I think you should consider going 5 and 15 if you wonna have it dark in 2 tones, or 35 and 50 if you want it liter.

Lite looks classy and dark tints look more bad ass

wow, quite a lot of responses, thanks a lot people. The thing is, in California, there's certain laws about tinting the front two windows. i believe you can't go any lower then 70% or something. i'm like...wtf...that's like nothing at all. so i just decided to push it a little and maybe go for 50%. And for the back....looking at all your guys post, i'll probaby go somewhere between 15 and 30 then....hehe...hmmm choices. ....
btw...Durrby's tint is looking mighty good......prolly get 20 in the back 50 in the front by next week

^ Yup you can't tint the front windows in Cali.

Solargard and Llumar are good tinting films.

I have Solargard (20%) on my car.

i have 5% all the way around except the winshield but this weekend i am doing 35% on the winshield. it looks really good but its hard to see stuff at night... people say it isnt harder to see and dont get me wrong you can still see car headlights and buildings but when it comes to curbs and little things its really quite a bit hard to see them.
