Internal wiper components??

Hi, I am just wondering what the internal parts of the windshield wiper "guts" are called. Its the things that attach to the wiper motor to the wipers.

Also, where could I get them. The passanger side wiper doesn't work anymore on my 93 camry. At first, I thought it was because the arm was stripped. I just recieved another one from partstrain.com and it is still not workiing.
