Help, rims won't fit properly?

Hey guys, I have my friends rims of his GS300. They are MOMO VANTAGE 17X8 35mm offset. They have some sort off spacers inside the holes so the 5 bolts where the lugs goes in are only showing little thread. Any ideas what I can do. Here is the pic of the rims. I have 1995 Camry V6 LE Sedan by the way.
