Lost with out my camry

THIS SUCKS
almost three months ago on 2/28 my car was hit, the other driver got in front of me and took off only stopping after a half mile chase, her rear driverside of her 89 bonneville completely tore off my front bumper, and caused some misalignment in my frame, it was driveable but with no signals i was getting pulled over ever other day, plus i felt terrible being seen with my baby in such bad shape. so i brought it to my body shop and the owners like leave it with me and ill take care of it, gave him all the ins. info and hes been handeling it. he told me i could have my insurance company handle it, i pay the deductible and differences in labor, and they try to get it from the other insuarnace company, in some cases taking up to 2 years, so im like fuck it just deal wth her company the bitch hit me(sorry ladies), worst mistake ever. it took 2 months and a week to get an adjuster from her insurance company to contact the body shop last week the rejected the $2,700(padded a lil but, those are the insurance games) and said we'll give you $700.AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! THIS IS GETTING RICOCULOUS. So yesterday i called the IL dept. of Insurance and filed a formal complaint about those rat bastards. we'll see what happens next. I just miss my beautiful lonely car.

Sucks ! Sorry about that ! What year and model is your Camry ?
Wouldn't it help perhaps to get a sollicitor work on that (and accelerate the whole process...) ?
