What are those blank switch gap fillers called?

So I have a 2000 Camry LE and I'm going to be modding some switches in. I should also say I'm not the 'neatest' person with regards to taking my time when using power tools and such, so I figured I ought to order some of those switch gap filler things that, in my car, are to the left of the steering wheel next to the dash dimmer control.

so what are those plates/gap fillers called? I want to have a few extra on hand because I'm without a doubt going to screw up on the ones that my car already has haha.

any idea? I'm hoping to order about 5-10 of them lol

edit: to be more specific, I believe these fill in the spots where a switch for option/package X would've gone, like seat heater switches, that didn't come with your car.
