You can get your stock one bored out. I got mine to 68mm... It should be plenty for your stock Camry motor with bolt-ons. Any machine shop can bore your throttlebody and fab a matching throttle plate for you.

As far as mounting points for the bolts, Im sure you could bolt up many different Toyota throttle bodies to the Camry. Thats not the issue however. Throttle bodies serve multiple jobs... I would be more concerned with such things as:
- vacuum line fittings
- throttle position sensor
- coolant bypass lines
- throttle cable fitting
If I were swapping a throttle body onto the Camry, THESE would be the things that concern me. So much in fact, that its not even worth the trouble - so I'd recommend Tony's suggestion and just get it bored out by a trustworthy machine shop.
