No offense, but are you serious? Check the owner's manual.

It depends on how much you want to spend for them. Higher wattage bulbs may require upgraded harnesses since the stock 22-gauge wires weren't meant to carry that much current. Check the Sylvania SilverStars also since people have liked them much.
No, I did not look over the manual..I should though.
What would you reccomend then?

I have the Cool Blues and though they are not as bright, but good intensity to see what's in front. I've found that those higher wattage bulbs don't shine as well, since my friend has them. But they appear nice when looking at them, which kinda render them useless for the road. I'd first try the Sylvania Silverstars. I had PIAAs before and they didn't even last 1 year, luckily, my light harness is still working. The Cool Blues have lasted 2 years so far.
what.. PIAA didn't last for more then 1 year.. wow.. I was thinking of getting it..
I bought RAZO (carmate), that thing didn't last for more than 6 weeks..
I would recommend bulbs that can heat up about 4000K or plus.. it gives you a more HID like color. Be careful at using the right wattage bulb.. or it can melt the socket. The changing procedure should be pretty straight forward in the owner's manual. basically, loosen the connector that is connected to the bulb.. then turn the bulb to take it out. put the new one in, then connect the wire again.
Anyway...I will look into the sylvania ones..Thanks for the help!

It is very easy to change the light bulb of Camry. U can change it without read the manual. If u can touch the pulg of the bulbs, then u will know..also be careful when u change it, NEVER touch the White Bulbs with your fingers!
BTW, I am using PIAA 9006 51W HB!

I agree its easy to change the low/high beams on the camry. I have a 96. Takes about 5 minutes and half a brain. I purchased the Sylvania SilverStar bulbs @ 24.95 a wack (US) - think i got kinda raped there but whatever... they work awesome...
Before that I had APc (American Products Company) Superwhite 9006 for low beams... they were great for the TWO MONTHS THAT THEY LASTED.. i would not recommend.. i think they would have screwed up my whole lighting system if i had them in any longer..
