Having a bad day, help needed

Hey guys so today i started on my porject of redoing my interior but that all got put on hold because of two things i found, under the door sill i found rust so started to sand it and now will have to repaint that whole piece, and also i went into the trunk and found out one of my subs is cracked

Anything i can do about that and i was thinking of bondoing the holes on the door sill and just paint over them and not put backt he little plastic piece

You'll be alright. Use some naval jelly/rust stripper stuff and repaint.
