Lip Kit seal?

i searched the forum and didn't see anythign on this, but if i missed somethin, i'm sorry and just ignore me and i'll find it ... but... when i look at the OEM lip kits and such other body kit items on new cars, i see that that between the kit and the bumper is a little black seal... i'm guessing this is normal for oem cars but do aftermarket lips and things come with it? shoudl i get some kind of sealant for when i install my Visages kit?

usually it's double sided masking tape...

OEM Toyota kits i've seen have Silicon(e..?) Glue...

if you want, you can have a body shop mold on what you need...

costs way more $$ than 3M double sided masking tape, though...
