1994 Toyota Camry license plate light recall

I have a 1994 Toyota Camry that has a bad license plate light I'm not sure if there is a recall for this light or if there is a fuse that needs to be changed and/or light-bulb, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am the original owner of a 94 Camry and to the best of my knowledge there has never been any recall for the license plate light. If that's the only thing that is out, I would start by checking the bulb.

I removed the two screws from the license plate light the screws were very rusty and work hard to turn I think the bulbs need to be removed from inside the trunk when I tried to pull the plastic plate that covered the bulbs it just pushed up inside the car. I might just take it to the dealership and have them remove it or remove all the screws in the trunk and see if I can't reach it from there.
