Thumbs down Bad Idle

I cleaned my Throttle Body with STP Throttle Body Cleaner and it was somewhat dirty. I expected it to be worse. However, right adter I put everything together, start my car up, I lost perfect idle. My car idled at 750RPM and now it is at ~1000 RPM.
If I trun the A/C on it drops a little bit. Usually, the RPM would raise. I heard we can adjust the idle manually but according to some people it is not a good idea. Any suggestions?

HELP PLEASE

Ok, yesterday after I cleaned the Throttle Body with STP cleaner, it looks like it messed up my idle. Now, when I turn the A/C on , it make the idle drop and when I turn it off , the idle will raise up.
Could the idle up solenoid vaccum be dead? I really need help, can somebody tell me if that's what it is? Where is it located?

Also, should I mess with that screw for the idle on the Throttle Body?

THANKS for your HELP.

I use BG throttle cleaner (as suggested by the local toyota dealer) and it does the same thing. Then I go out and drive the car hard.It usually goes away after a couple days, probably has something to do with some cleaner still in the IAC.

^ either that or the computer did something in response to all the excess burnable stuff going into the engine. like he said try driving it for a few days. the ECU might have to "relearn" operation under normal conditions.

I do not understand why when I turn the A/C on the RPM does not kick up to 1100 like it used too... Instead of going up it goes down... it stays around -700

The air filter is fine. I need to know what part needs to be replaced since the idle does not change with the A/C on like it used to.

ok, i'm gonna try an explanation, please someone correct me if i'm wrong. So you're engine idles at 1000 RPM now, right?
I have no idea what the stalling point in RPM is to kill the engine but it's not 700.... your car idles at 700 RPM when AC is on , normally your car would idle at even less than that with AC on, and I assume, that would be when the computer kicks in and raises it to 1100?

what I would try is resetting the ECU, or the ECU might relearn in a few miles...

pretty much clueless, but I tought i'd give it a go

This morning I noticed my car will not idle as fast as it used too on a cold start, Instead of staying around 2000 like it used too, it will go up to 1700 and go down to 1000 in 30-40 seconds...

I guess I should not have messed with the Throttle Body.
The thing I can do now is resetting the ECU.
