You'd have to see if the mating end on the intake plenum is the same for the single and dual throttle bodies. Im assuming they are different because of the much larger volume of the dual TB or else the same plenum would create the same bottleneck as the single TB version.
So my answer would be about 90% chance a dual TB won't fit a car with a single TB intake plenum.
I swapped a 96 TB on my 94, and all was perfect except the mounting of the Throttle Position Sensor. The sensors plug was oriented to the opposite side of the engine bay and therefore the stock harness that plugged into it couldnt reach. So i had to take the TPS off the old 94 TB and attach it to the 96 TB.

It's all purdy and rust-free now
