For anyone that's used vinyl sprays before (SBC? any comments?) - does it change the texture? Or will it look really shoddy?

I'm planning on buying a black Solara or ES 300 steering wheel (since gray wheels aren't common on the Solara) and painting the airbag cover to match...

EDIT: oops, forgot to ask for brand recommendations and suppliers ... SEM seems to be a big manufacturer.

On vinyl that paint works well. It won't affect the texture. The plastics are a bit more tricky. The brand I used is some cheese brand from the local store. If you use SEM, you can't go wrong. Good luck.
