good deal on a V6

okay, so i saw this car on the net

http://www.autoscout24.be/search/det...&priceto=&zip=

is it worth it to swap the engine? I havn't heard back from the seller if the car still runs and all... but the engine is a V6 with low mileage, and has a 5speed tranny !

as you see, the car is a '95, would an engine swap be doable ? (i have a '94 i4)

I'm still checking out if i would be able to afford it (insurance/tax wise), but if it cant .... is it possible to just buy the AC system and bolt it onto my i4 ?

also what do you think about the price ?

thanks

Hey jaguar, damn if that car was around my corner, I'd snag it for parts. LOL.
However, maybe the car is in decent condition and can be put back into running condition.

thanks

erm, look
I could buy it and fix it
but it'll cost me more then i could get out of it
i'd rather put that money in my car

i might buy the AC though (if the seller is willing)
i'll ask Nico if he knows if it'll fit.

ive done some calculations...

getting my car as a V6 legal on the streets will cost me the car + taxes + insurance... the first year 3600$, years after: 1200$ and that's just for putting it on the streets, no gasoline or repairs or maintenance included .... that's a bit steep for a student
no for that price, i would prefer to buy a turbo/supercharger setup... and that's after some body-work

guess i'll stick to the main plan
rims and lowering this summer, intake and exhaust by fall and a nice body-kit this winter
