Antenna Replacement

Hi again. I just got done installing my new head unit (quite a fun project) and it works great. However, the reception on the radio is pretty poor (lots if static). This is due to the antenna that came with the car, which was totally dead. I went to the dealer to get a quote, and it was 200+ (little too rich for my blood at the moment). Does anyone know of a good replacement antenna that would work with my Camry? Im looking for something as cheap as possible.

P.S.: Can anyone point me to a site that has detailed instructions for removing the antenna? The Chilton book has extremely vague instructions.
