HELP! Steering Wheel Problem

Ok, my alignment is fine, so now I know that it's my steering wheel's fault. It tilts to the right about 5-10 degrees as its normal position but it steers straight in that position.

actually if i hold it anyone between a normal steering position and that new tilted one, i don't get any movement except very loose movement in the wheel itself. it feels like its on a coil, if i turn it to where its supposed to be and let go it pops back into its wierd angle.

anyone have any ideas on how can i fix this steering wheel play?

im not sure, but have you changed your power steering pump before? i had too much free play in my car and it turned out both the steering rack and pump needed to be replaced

when is the last time you got new front tires? my car pulled right and had a similar issue where I had to constantly tug on the wheel to the left to keep it going straight... more dissappointing was the alignment I got that didn't fix it, but once I got a new set of front wheels.. it was fine
