Here's a Camry problem for ya

What do you think is wrong under the hood if 5SFE rpms go up when you turn on the high beams?

I kid you not. It really happens

this is at full stop. RPM goes from 750 up to sometimes over 1000.

Little extra for ya, ever since I had a dealer in Stockton replace my distributor coil in January, if I sit long enough (15 sec), RPM goes down to near 500-rough idle then goes back up. Before that repair, the car would sputter. I thought it was due to the possibility the dealer didn't replace the coil at TDC, but it goes away when the car's in neutral.
