what to use to flush that gunk out?

hey guys, i've been searchin and searchin but couldn't find the right info that would fit my description. well this is my dilemma. My gen 4 camry (5sfe, 5spd) already passed the 106,000 mile mark. I noticed that the gas mileage has gone a bit inefficient than before. Not significantly but i do notice the difference. Then the term oil sludge came to mind so i am considering one of those internal engine cleaners that would flush out the gunk inside the engine. I've taken good care of my car (changed oil every 2500miles) and i have never really drove hard. What is the best stuff for me to flush out the gunk in my car? thanks guys.

Sea Foam from Napa. Add some to oil crankcase and some to gas tank before filling up. Works well and is 1/4 the price of other products.

but i heard that if you use such strong stuff inside of an high-mileage engine, it'll actually break down the seals and cause leaks and stuff. Doesn't it?

Lubro Moly sludge remover. Add a can to your oil, drive around for approximately 200 miles, drain, and perform a oil-filter change.

With a high milage engine, flushing the engine may cause leak and oil burn. Its because the sluge is what sealling the gaps The sluge won't really increase your milage, unless they're really big. Try injection cleaner and clean throttle body, intake manifold.

If you want to replace your seals, then by all means..flush that engine. EFI service, with fuel injector clear in the gas tank (the concentrate version)..and the clened throttor body will is what i'd recommend as well. Again, it depends on what you want OUT of your engine. In the middle east..the dealerships used to rebuild the engine at 100K mark for some idiots.
