Are H&R's Really noticable?

I finally ordered some H&R sports for my Gen4 camry, but it turns out that my dad wants me to return them... I was thinking.. if I still go ahead and put them on *with tokico blues*, are they really noticiable with the 1.4F and 1.3R?

Not enough that your dad will notice, especially with OEM wheels and swaybars.

Just a thought... you might also want to spray paint the H&Rs and the Toks black if you're installing them under the 'rents radar. They're pretty bright colors and somewhat obvious once spotted.

This is an entirely debatable topic, IMO.

eh... to tha average commuter they're not gonna be noticed. If you had low pro tires they might be but with stock (even 15" alloys) it wont feel all that different.

lol. This reminds me of the time I installed a system in the trunk of my dads car... I hid everything under the rear seat and made the box detachable.

the h&r's on my gen3 arent really that noticeable of a drop, but if u stare at it for more than 5 secs than it might be.... in my opinion h&r's are not the springs u wanna get if u care about looks but in terms of handling wise, i think these h&r's are great

My gf didn't know my car was lowered for 2 years until I told her last month! Funny, my dad knew it was lowered because he says it's harder to get out of.

Thanks for the replies! Yeah, My dad is against modding my car. He told me that the camry's suspension is fine, since that was the way Toyota designed it. But from the replies, I guess the H&R's won't be too noticable with my 14's. Heh... I wonder how it would turn out when I actually get 18's!

BlueMeanie - I actually might paint them... Thanks for the idea!
