This morning my car was totally squeak free...when I drove home from work, it was horrible! Every slight bump it was squeaking like mad...drove straight to Crap Tire, bought a tube of white lithium grease and jacked up the car at home. Took off the bushings and noticed (like Ratko) that the bushings were TOTALLY DRY! All the blue stuff leaked out. I poured in half the tube in one side, and the other half in the other side. Put everything together, took a test drive and it was all okay.
Just a note to everyone installing the bar...definitely use more grease than what the bar comes with.
How much did you guys pay for the Whiteline sway bar? I just bought an Eibach Pro Kit and KYB Gr-2 gas struts and want to install everything at once. Where and how much for the sway bar? Thanks in advance for the input.
Guys, next time, try to add some teflon tape where the bushing makes contact with the bar, and of course, add some grease. I did that to mine and Rookie Solara's TRD RSB and so far no noises.
As far as Dickson goes, his "solution" is just to turn the stereo's volume higher.

hey luc wat is it called??
The white grease is called Sta-lube, a multi-purpose type used for ball bearings and CV joints, as I was told. The thick one is from Mugen, 100,000 # thickness differenciate grease, imported from Japan, it's as thick as caramel candy, if not more.
The thick one was applied to inside the bushings, and the white grease was applied to the brackets (outside the bushings) and top of the bushing.

why don't you guys use a greasable bushing,
its alot better. check out energysuspension.com and cross check the size with a greasable unit.
I agree that the greaseable bushings would be much better, but the difficulty lies with the bushing brackets, as that will need to be modified so that the grease can be applied.
