Camry pace car used in NASCAR

BTW, They already have Tundras racing in NASCAR. I've heard rumors that Toyota will enter a car into the Nextel Cup series within the next few years

Toyota has actually been in NASCAR for a few years. For two years they had a celica in the Goodys Dash series. This is the first year for Toyota in a major series which is the craftsman truck series. They are supposed to have the camry in around 2007 or 2008. Basically the next generation camry will be the look for them to get it in the Nextel Cup and the Busch Series. Toyota is really starting to get into the racing scene of america. Yes they are in F1 and IRL but more people in this country watch NASCAr and NHRA and Toyota has something in both. Of course NHRA is just the name of a Toyota celica. Everything else is the same as all the other funny cars but it is still sponsered by Toyota.

I'm a huge NASCAR fan and a big Toyota fan. I can't wait until camry's are winning Nextel Cup races!
