I know this isn't the most original of grilles (wonton) but I really like it and decided it was definitely what I wanted to do. I still have a bit more sanding, priming and sanding to do to fine-tune it, but I like to think it looks pretty damned good now.
Eventually I'm going to paint it to match the body.
Thanks everyone else, too. I'm trying for a very subtle but clean look. I want to keep it looking sleeperish, but just clean it up a bit. I'll be ordering my clear corners this week.
Someone post the pic, I can't view from this gov comp. Phi you should do what I do, put the plate in your front winshield. If you get pulled over, tell them someone tried to steal it. It works for me everytime. They just tell me to make sure I get it mounted.

I'll do it in about 30 minutes. I bought some spot-putty to finish it up with, so I'm going to do that now.
well, the last (I believe) of the spot-putty is curing.
realistically, from the looks of it when I test-fitted it, I could've left it in then and you couldn't notice any of the air-holes, but I'd rather just have it done right.
The putty should be done curing in about 20 minutes and then it's time to sand it down with some 180, 400 and then 800 before priming and resanding with 800.
