Keep in mind that if you get rear ended now, it might be regarded as your fault now. (depending on your state's (or local) laws. I know that in my area, any type of modification to the rear lights that result in lower illumination is illegal, and cops can ticket, and impound your car.
More importantly, if you do get rear ended, and your insurance company finds out you modified the tail lights, they might have a good reason to deny coverage.
With all that said, it looks good, but I would reinstall the toyota logo in the center.
I used Nightshade but myc ar is black and the tails are a lot lighter. This way, it is a lot more subtle and even though you can still tell it is tinted, it looks like a factory option.
It still shines through? have someone take a picture of you hitting the brakes. I think it looks good, especially with the green. But put the toyota emblem on it, it would look even better.
