remove the flex pipes, unbolt a little bit the metallic tube on its base, and put a new gasket (people often forget this and it leads to air leaks ...)
Good luck !

Do you have a V6 or I4?

Since you didn't say, I'm gunna give you the instrutions for a I4.

The egr bolts to the back of the intake manifold with 2 nuts.

Theres a metal hose that runs from the bottom of the egr to the back of the cylinder head. You need to unbolt the metal hose. Use a open end wrench (I'm not sure what size) or a big cresent / adjustable wrench.

Theres also 2 hoses on the egr that you'll need to disconnect.

you seem to be asking a lot of "how to" questions, you should invest 15$ in a haynes/chiltons manual, everything you want to know about your car and then some
