you only have two options for tails on ebay - all clears and red with white turn signals.

hard to find for Gen 4s, but you could always try procarparts.com, or look at one of the lighting ads in one of the ricer mags.

gen4's are not hard to find.. drewscam had one set.. i saw it myself.. u can ask him where to get it it lookss nice on his gen 4
